assuming you and your hunsband have valid long-term working visas. and because your whole family move to US, your Mom have no permenant living place in Canada.
If above are correct and your Mom go with you this time, the immigration officer will have strong feelings your Mom wants to immigrate to US and therfore she most likely be refused in. That will be very bad for her if she want to visit you later.
Once you settle down in US for a while and then can let you Mom in.
Or if you and your Mom can approve she has her OWN permenant house/apartment in Canada, your Mom can go with you this time.
