Did you try trouble shot your self?
Mae sure all safety light are line up. If it have one,
1: Disengage the shuttle by pulling down the rope at the end of the guade rail. Make sure the shuttle is free from the door.
2:After shuttle disengaged, open the door by hand all the way up. (If door is move-able by hand, door track is no problem, and the spring also ok, otherwise door will be too heavy to move)
3:After shuttle disengaged, use remote to operates the opener. If shuttle can move in and out, then the motor or gear does not have enough torque to open the door. (It can be adjusted read the owner manual)
4:After shuttle disengaged, use remote to operates the opener, if the shuttle not moving. But you can hear the motor is running, then the reducing Gear is no good, it is a plastic or nylon gear, which easily slips, or teeth all grind up. (How old the House or the opener is? ) Good luck!!!
