As specified in NAFTA Chapter 16, Annex 1603, the minimum requirement for the ROBOT position is a Baccalaureate Degree or PROFESSIONAL DESIGNITION. Mr. T meets that requirement, in that he holds a Master OF ROBOT degree from ROBOT University. He also holds a ROBOT designation
We respectfully request your approval of enclosed I-129 petition, to extend professional TN status for Mr. T. Thank you for your kind consideration in the matter.
