版主说好像只有金字塔有水利背景，我觉着netee也应该加进去。
啥事都有利弊，有百害而无一利的事情肯定上辈子就没了。
我对水利也是一无所知，不过简单地查查google就知道，修三峡至少比建核电厂好。
