A: did you acquire citizenship of another country before February 15, 1977?(what about if i am born before 1977 in china and became chinese citizen at that time till know, i should mention it or not?)
C: to be completed if you were born outside of canada. provide one of the four document listed below (certificate of canada citizenship; certificate of naturalization; which one is my choice? )
after becoming a canadian citizen, did you reside outside of canada for ten consecutive years or more before july 1967? i did not be borned at that time, so just choose NO, or can just leave it empty?
