Actually, I asked for change on three things based on what I learned from internet (official and unofficial).
1. the original letter says this letter is to support TN VISA pertition for me from company. I thought it should be to support TN STATUS application for me. He said the original letter is technically correct.
2. The letter mentions that the position is one year, but never say any dates. I suggested to add dates. He replied no. According to him, one year is one year. My status will be valid one year after I enter US.
3. The letter didn't say anything about NAFTA. I asked to point the professional catogory out clearly in the letter. He said no again saying the job description already shows it.
Don't know if I should argue with him or not.
