Need Urgent Help--TN visa expired

I looked like a fool. Too busy and concentrating on work, I totally forgot my TN visa expired nearly 2 months ago. on 7/4 I came back to Toronto for some urgent issue and intended to come back to NYC and work on next day. At the US customs, I was found that my TN visa was expired 2 months ago. It means I illegally worked in the States for nearly 2 months. So I was stopped entering and sent back to CANADA. The punishment is not allowing admission US for 3 years. They give me a form for application of advance permission to entering US. But this process would take nearly 1 year even much longer. I don't want to lose my job, my boss still urge to to come back. I want to ask all friends here if anyone could give me any suggestion letting me go back to work shortly. Your attention and advice should be highly appreciated.
