TN and Tax question for Canadian working in US and China.

I am Canadian citizen, just received an offer from US. Need work in US for one month, then moving to China and work in China permanently, but payroll is always in US and go to my bank account in US even when I work in China.
I think I need TN Visa for 1st month work in US. My question is after I move to China, Do I still need to renew TN every year because my payroll is in US?
I will become non-resident to Canada after moving to China, how shall I pay my income tax
when I work in China? Thanks a lot for any help.

When I apply TN Visa, Is it better to use the tile of "Engineer" or "Quality Engineer"? The occupation showing in TN professional list is Engineer. WIll quality engineer title hurt me? -yixiang(); 2007-7-1 (#3776420@0)
