如果夫妻两个中一人先找到工作,那TN Visa,另一个跟随,是否也可以工作?持何种Visa?如果找到工作的人持H1B呢,有何区别?我们的打算是,一个作employee, 一个作contract. 税务上会好一些。这样想有道理吗?

company insurance should cover family with a little more premium. if you feel one that job is safe and contract can earn a lot,it should be fine
