As a member of this community, I am writing to express my concern about a case that recently happenned.

Mr An Gang was from China. He was a truck driver. He was killed by an traffic accident on xxx,xxx,xx

Mr. An Gang had a son. He divorced in Chian on xxxxxxxx

In xxx, xxx, Mr An Gang married xxxxxxxxxx

Soon after xxxx arrived in Canada, Mr An Gang began to complain that xxxx became very cold to him. xx months later, she moved out. Mr An Gang tried to ask her back even through social worker and policed. But she has decided to move out.

Mr. An gang once said he thought he was used as a "transport tool" to imigrate xxxx from China to Canada. In Canada, we have witnessed such case happenned.

I understood it is hard for our outsider to judge others' business. But recently something happens that make us very angry. xxxx mail the ash of Mr Angang to his mother. This is taboo for our Chinese culture. And I believe xxxx has never truely marry to angang and has any love to him. What xxx want to do is to use him. As a canadian, I am proud of being an honest person or at least behave like a human being. This kind of thing is unheard of in my whole life.

At the same time, I want to point out that Mr ang gang's mother has already over 80 years old and his son is 15 years old, his ex-wife is still in China. They all rights on Mr Angang's any rights.

I wrote to ask for your good judgement. And I would like to work with you to find a better solution including asking for help from your supervisor.

Mr. An gang once said he thought he was used as a "transport tool" to imigrate xxxx from China to Canada. In Canada, we have witnessed such case happenned.

I understood it is hard for our outsider to judge other family's business. But recently something happenned that make us very angry and more convinced. xxxx mail the ash of Mr Angang to his mother. This is taboo for our Chinese culture. And I believe xxxx has never truely married to Mr An Gang and never loved him even in slightless degree. What xxx want to do is to use him and then treat him worse than an animal. As a canadian, I am proud of being an honest person or at least behave like a human being. This kind of thing is unheard of in my whole life.

At the same time, I want to point out that Mr ang gang's mother is already over 80 years old and his son is 15 years old, his ex-wife is still in China. They should have their share of right on every rigth Mr An Gang is entitled.

I wrote to ask for your good judgement. Or please make a second thought or postpone your decision on this case. We would like to work with you to find a better solution including asking for help from your supervisor.
