B2 -> immigrant

B2 would be the quickest way to have us together. how long is the B2 visa valid? at least 30 days?
when she comes here, we will get married. then file her us green card application as soon as possible. can i be her sponsor? what is the quickest way to get it?
if we want to file by our own, what web sites can we pull the documents from? will we have enough to time to keep her status legal? how easy to extend her B2 visa? any other tricks that we should be careful about?
does it still 5 years to get the citizenship? or 4 years?
it will take me another 2 or 3 years to get the citizenship.

      • 千万别结婚。跟美国绿卡结婚了就什么签证都没戏了。只有等亲属移民排期5年。或者等老公公民下来了再申请绿卡。可这段时间没法拿签证去美国。 -melissa88(Melissa); 2007-4-9 (#3603315@0)

          • 没有的事。去INS的网站查查吧，在美国跟绿卡结婚后申请移民还是要等排期5年。在这期间必须保持自己的合法身份，像H1，F1。否则只有黑下来等配偶的绿卡变公民了可以调整身份。INS对公民的配偶有宽待，只要你是合法进入美国的，可以原谅你黑下来的那段时间。 -melissa88(Melissa); 2007-4-9 (#3603797@0)
