Client is seeking 2-3 experienced Business Analysts to work on a new initiative IT Project. The individual should have a minimum of 5+ years experience performing analysis and documentation of large IT projects. The work location will be either New York City
Required:
5+ years of experience in:
effectively eliciting and documenting business/user needs and authoring requirements & specification documents
Business process improvement
UML/Use case, activity, analysis class diagrams and domain objects
Understand XML/XSLT
User interface design / usability engineering
Project management support
Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
Proficiency with Word, Project and Excel
Desired:
SDLC knowledge with aptitude in either RUP, CMM or Agile methodologies
User acceptance testing
Past hands-on technical experience
