with sodium, you can either quickly dehydrate yourself by drinking a shitload of salt water, and dying slowing from high daily sodium intake & to which the problems it leads.
chinese food is ALWAYS high in sodium, but chinese folks seem to be tolerant to that because of the healthy aspects of our diets that reduce the risks of having high salt.( NOT because people are different blah blah blah.) A reduced sodium diet will make our life even healthier, that's the point. And to most caucasions who are most at ricks for heart attack / hypertension and so on, such diet(eg high in salt, most chinese food) is EXTREMELY unhealthy, if adopted for a long time, they might be in major trouble.更多精彩文章及讨论,请光临枫下论坛 rolia.net
