我的情况是，如果我只用中国护照和B1/B2从加进美，害怕美国因我没有枫叶卡不给我I94，不让我进，怕我进了之后回不了加拿大。（不过根据ustax的情况，看来也会给）；如果我用加拿大护照从加进美会很顺利，但是等我用中国护照从美国上飞机，我拿不出I94给航空公司的人，没人给我发啊，美国会认为我是偷渡或是逾期不归之人（我以前有过I94，到期之前交给多伦多机场加拿大海关了，护照上有一个I94相关的章，"在美停留至2006/11/28"之类的字样）。

I believe if you using Chinese passport enter into US, they may or may not deny you. However, if they let you enter, you will be issued a I-94 for sure. Canadian PR card is irrelevant because you can return to China rather than Canada.
It is your obligation to hand over your I-94 to airlines but not theirs. Many people forget hand over I-94 when they left US. Besides, if you travel to China for shorter period than the validity of I-94, you should not surrond your I-94 anyway.
