老印不是很困难的,就从朋友给顾客的Email中,发现了一个语法错误。在开每周例会的时候,老印慷慨陈词,提出这样类似的错误,会对顾客服务产生不利的影响。朋友很坦诚的承认了错误,并说英语是他的第二语言,语法错误,说话口音是难免的。老印趁势提出,他做Single Point of Contact, 朋友以后所有给顾客发Email,应先发给他,再由他转发。大家都同意了,朋友也没有觉得有什么不正常,点头了。

I don't believe that can happen in a big company. It's totally a one-side story. Maybe in the view of the indian or HR, that's another story.

Well, you need to know what is the difference between taking other's credit & good team player. Anyway, everybody has a way to survive. There is no need to worry about that.
