I hear you are making new friends
Have you found what you were looking for?
Did you ever figure out what you were looking for?

Life has dramatically changed in 2006
From the day you chose to leave
Did you feel the same?
Was the pain too much to bear?
How many times did you wake up crying at midnight?
Was there a moment of fear in your mind that you might never go back to sanity?
Have we regretted what we'd sacrificed, for each other?

I've learned to live without you
I've learned to let go

The last time I saw you
You laughed and asked, jokingly
"Can we get back together?"
It is funny that I suddenly wondered,
How did you propose? Did you ever propose?
Well it doesn't matter now
You didn't mean it
And for the first time in years
I said no to you, firmly, and seriously

Yes, I guess I forgive you
I guess I thank you for hating me, for hurting me
And thanks, for making me stronger

I hope you can find the happiness that I couldn't give to you
And I am glad that I can now speak it out
I don't love you any more
