it is posted many times that for the TN you should have the TN letter and just show TN letter to the boardofficer, not the offer letter

because TN letter is prepared by the IMMIgration lawyer, it shows what kind job u have , what kind of benifit the campany will get from your work, and also TN letter will always emphasize this is suppose a one year temproriary job, also in offer letter it is the full time job

and offter letter show what kind of benefit you will get from the company beside what your job reponsibility. So if there is a relocation service to move you family to US in offer letter, how come you can show this to the officer,that you will move to US forever, how come you can get the TN

        1. TN letter 必须说明你的雇佣期最多一年，而实际上你的offer 可能是perm
        2. 普通Job offer letter 一般注重雇佣条件，而TN letter 要说明你的学历经验，该公司在美国不好找到相似背景的人云云。还有关于公司本身的实力资料。不能说随便登记一个美国的公司就可以雇佣外国人。
