我现在有个FT的工作, 也对到南面做contractor 有兴趣. 但现在这个公司想让我做它的雇员, 再把我卖给客户. 在卖我之前, 想跟我签个责任书, 我看了看, 有点不平等的味道，主要是下面两条. 大家给个主意, 签这个东东正常吗. 我本意还是想做contractor, 不想做 employee.

• Employment: Once XXXXX gets the project contract, the candidate will come on to XXXXX ’s payroll on a W2 contract. Candidate agrees to honor his/her employment commitment with XXXXX Corp and agrees not to accept any other employment for a period of 12 months from the date of his employment with XXXXX .
• Non-Compete: While this agreement is in place and for one year after the termination, candidate agrees that he/she will not attempt to retain, directly or indirectly, for himself/herself or for another party, the services of any vendor/client that candidate comes to know through this association.
