1. A minimum of five (5) days must be given to xxxx if I decide to terminate my employment. Termination with xxxx automatically nullifies this agreement.
3. Violation of Section (1) shall result in damages equivalent to 25% of my annual salary. Annual salary is defined as hourly pay x 2080 hours.

合同上写着7月10日开始工作，离今天还有十几天，远多于5天，我真不知道他们要告我什么？而且我听说合同都有几天的冷静期，但我心里还是有点怕，不知道有没有懂美国法律的朋友给解释一下，感激不尽！

合同上写着7月10日开始工作，离今天还有十几天，远多于5天，我真不知道他们要告我什么？而且我听说合同都有几天的冷静期，但我心里还是有点怕，不知道有没有懂美国法律的朋友给解释一下，感激不尽！

1. read the contract CAREFULLY when u sign. 关于termination这是不平等条约吗。 2. tell agent, the section (1) doesn't indicate when the contract start. either now or the work-start-time. -647i(流浪的步行万里); 2006-6-27 {451} (#3051223@0)
ask them the explain. if it is start from work-start-time.tell them, if they insist ,大不了,you notice him now that you will leave in 5 days when the job start.( they won't accept such employee, i think).
3. tell the agent, it is no-sense to insist before the constract start. since you have make up your mind before the job start. Ask them "would you please kindly.....". Remember, 不卑不亢
