求助!我昨天和一个job agent签了合同(传真给他们),去一家公司工作,今天后悔了,不想去,给他们发了正式通知,但他们说要告我违约,说合同上有一条:
1. A minimum of five (5) days must be given to xxxx if I decide to terminate my employment. Termination with xxxx automatically nullifies this agreement.
3. Violation of Section (1) shall result in damages equivalent to 25% of my annual salary. Annual salary is defined as hourly pay x 2080 hours.
合同上写着7月10日开始工作,离今天还有十几天,远多于5天,我真不知道他们要告我什么?而且我听说合同都有几天的冷静期,但我心里还是有点怕,不知道有没有懂美国法律的朋友给解释一下,感激不尽!
