We saw lots of Americans come to Shanghai every year to do business in here, but this doesn't necessarily mean Shanghai is a better place than the one in US. Most of them are coming here for money or some other advantages they can take advantage of such as cheap labour etc. Few of them are considering to settle down in here. As I heard that some young graduates from top US business schools go to Bangalore and find a job there, their sole puprose is to earn several years of overseas experience, eventually they'll be back to US. They do whatever business in a place does not necessarily mean it's a better place...
