Sec. 214.6 Canadian and Mexican citizens seeking temporary entry to engage in business activities at a professional level.
In order to establish that the alien's entry will be temporary, the alien must demonstrate to the satisfaction of the inspecting immigration officer that his or her work assignment in the United States will end at a predictable time and that he or she will depart upon completion of the assignment.
well, hard to compare...it is in different industry. It's one of the largest financial services and investment company. 2.5 trillion assets under management.

IBM has been signed a agreement to transfer over 700 employees to my company in 2002.
Just for your information, one of my friends TN was rejected because the offer letter gave the immigration officer an impression that the position is a 'permenent' position.

The officer rejected my friend's TN at the border and said that the position for TN has to be 'temporary'. My friend talked to his company and the company gave him a new letter saying the position is temporary contract type of position. And my friend finally got TN and is working in the US now.
thanks for your info. much appreciate your kindness!
