We noticed that majority of the employers in the U.S. require the job applicant(s) is/are US Citizen OR US Permanent Resident. This piece of remark is always appear on the job postings. This is the headache. They (the employers) don't consider H1-B visa sponsorship for foreigners. Yesterday, our group discussed about the topic - this is mainly because there are a lot of qualified IT fishes in the pool (in the US) ...... What a reality.....
