there is a large grey area in our judgement. But you still cann't denny there is black and white area. Without right and wrong, how the law system works, how the judge handle the cases. For example, a dad killed somebody by accidient when he stole food for his starving kids. From the legal point of view, he is 100% guilty, he will be sent to the death row to pay the price for the victim. But it is very hard to say from social and humane view points.
You can have your rights. But don't harm my rights when you try to pursue your happiness. We need law, regulations to manage this sociaty. Not sympath, not emotion. Otherwise you will never get thing right.

before i end it, i want to say, I,personally , not encourage people to involve in such kind of marriages. If they did. I have nothing to say. Yeah, I agree with you these people do have courage. You can imagine how brave they are to marry a person whom they even do not know very well , also most of them lack of the basic survive skills. Convenient marrige, it happens everwhere. I have nothing to say about it. They come here , go to shools, pay the same tuition fee as locals, No problem. They work hard, pay tax as locals. Very good. But if they just use the marriage to move here , abuse the social resources and tax payers' money, then it is big no-no to me and other tax payers. Do you care about your tax money? Do you care about this country? If you happen to find somebody relying on fake marriage, and cheat on goverment to get welfare, even conduct illegle conducts. What are you going to do.
