Very easy in US, in for low level even intermediate level position, don’t need much experience and little intelligence and just make story in resume. If your major is not in TN, just go to an American college to learn another major then get job done. One lady here (Chinese medical background) spend 1 year to get a Master (electrical engineering) and find a computer engineer after graduated.
In CA, that very depends on …if one is a horse, he can get good job, if one is a fool.. that’s different ….In US, many fools can get good job 2
