My experience is employers normally don't have good impression about employees who get pregnant soon after they be on the postion no matter how much they "appear" to be nice and friendly at the news that you are pregnant. Personnally, I dont' think you have much chance of renewing your contract, unless your boss is very nice or you do an excellent job or they really need somebody with your skills.
3. Try to finish the contract as good as you can, take it easy no matter what happens. Bottom line, you have at least good experience with a big company which can make your resume looks good, at the meantime enjoy your time with your baby - it should be wonderful!
