POSITION SUMMARY
The Client Technical Lead will be responsible to manage one or more client’s technology environments. This includes the management of operations, new implementation, and ongoing maintenance. Position will also take part in corporate technology planning and development projects.

Ability to ensure the use of best practices in the technology staff incumbent is managing (directly and indirectly)
Ability to manage several technology initiatives and assist in proposal generation

Proficient C# development skills within the Visual Studio and Microsoft .NET environment

look for synergies with other technology projects
when feasible; utilize existing technology processes software and infrastructure
Ensure accurate gathering of technical requirements
Help client management staff with expectation setting regarding technical solutions though frequent review of the alignment between technical requirements and client expectations
Effective and efficient technical operations of assigned client’s technology
Utilizing technical skills, project management skill and software development experience incumbent will successfully oversee technology projects for assigned client(s)

6+ years of combined software development and technology experience in all of the following areas
database design
software development (emphasis on web development as asset)
quality assurance
technical operations
minimum 3 years Object Oriented development language experience (e.g. Java, C#)

Management
1+ years of managing architecture and/or implementation aspects of software development projects
Experience working will all aspects of software project phases
EDUCATION
University undergraduate degree in Computer Science, Electronic/Computer Engineering or Information Technology Studies (or equivalent).
WORKING CONDITIONS
Client Technology Leads may be required to carry a cell-phone/pager device to act as 3rd line support for their assigned clients’ monitoring and operations. Very intermittent limited travel may be required.
