WAREHOUSE OPPORTUNITIES
We currently have immediate and future warehouse opportunities at our two Brampton Distribution Centres.
Part-time Work Opportunity Program
Requirements:
Must be at least 18 years of age
two 10-hour afternoon shifts on Saturdays and Sundays
Shift: 3:45 p.m. – 1:45 a.m.
must be available to work every weekend
You must be able to work at heights of up to 50ft and can handle heavy repetitive lifting, lowering and pulling (50 lbs.) throughout your shift. Basic math skills, good communication skills and computer literacy are required. As a team player, you have strong attention to detail and can work with minimal supervision. Three years' experience in a warehouse or industrial environment is an asset, as is Certified Power Equipment Training. We offer competitive base pay ($11.00/hr + shift premium), full training, employee discounts and power equipment certification.
Student Work Opportunity Program
Requirements:
must be at least 18 years of age
must be enrolled at a recognized educational institution
must be available to work 3 out every 4 weekends
able to work 2 weekends 10-hour day shifts, 5:45a.m. – 3:45p.m.
able to work 1 weekend 10-hour afternoon shifts, 3:45p.m. – 1:45a.m.
This program offers part-time employment opportunities to students on a year-round basis, as well as the opportunity for increased hours during school breaks. Basic math skills, good communication skills and computer literacy are required. As a team player, you will assist with the timely and efficient receiving, picking and shipping of products through the Distribution Centres to our stores across Canada. This will require you to perform heavy repetitive lifting, lowering, pulling and other physical activities. Other duties include stocking and filling orders. We offer competitive base pay (starting at $11.00/hr), yearly educational bonus, full training, employee discounts, power equipment certification and graduate opportunities.
