following desktop operating systems: Windows 2000, XP Professional or NT 4;
Familiarity with remote connectivity software;
Recent experience in providing end user support in an IT Helpdesk environment an
asset.
Student will also be required to support audio video conferencing equipment as
well as various types of biometric devices.
Note that employment is dependant upon successfully passing screening for secret
