Some Senior Positions in semiconductor industry from China mainland in semiconductor industry from a one of the top ten semiconductor vendors

Our client includes some MNC from Europe and USA, fabless design houses, R&D centers and others.

Now we have some positions related to testing and IC design. For example, senior manger of testing department, Principle engineer-product engineer, Principle engineer- testing development engineer.

Position: Senior Manager for Product Engineering & Test Department
Location: mainland

Responsibilities:
· Personnel management responsibilities:
- Developing skill set to adequately support projects
- Recruiting new hires based on business needs
- Performance reviews, etc.
· Ensuring adequate staff availability and staffing of projects
· Ownership for cost center
· Interfacing with R&D Departments of the other development sites, production sites, the business units, test equipment vendors, etc.
· Strong involvement in planning for test equipment and ensuring in time availability
· Advising & supporting the team leaders

Requirements:
· Technical or scientific education
· Minimum 4 years of experience in product engineering and/or test process engineering
· 4 to 5 years experience in managing a Department.
· High grade of flexibility
· Highly motivated and engaged
· Good communication skills

Principal/Senior Staff/ Staff/ Senior Product Engineer
- Memory Products (MP) Group

Job Description:
· Design verification and analysis of new products. Detecting design weaknesses typically results in a design optimization to improve yield and/or DRAM functionality.
· Electrical characterization of all relevant parameters specified in the data sheet. This analysis work helps identifying design and technology weaknesses.
· Definition of test contents and test conditions for production testing. Ensuring maximum test coverage with highly efficient test patterns at minimum production test times is the major scope of this field of work. The production tests are executed on wafer, component, and module level.
· Application fail analysis. Failures on application level need to be understood in detail to further improve the design of a product and to be able to develop highly efficient screen tests for production testing.

Requirements:
· Either bachelor of science physics or electrical engineering
· Or master of science in physics or electrical engineering
· Or PhD either in electrical engineering or physics
· At least 5 years experience (skills mentioned above)
· Semiconductor device physics and circuitry design know how appreciated
· Experienced in electrical measurement techniques (oscilloscope, SPA, probing)
· High frequency measurement know how appreciated (VNA,TDR,...)
· Semiconductor technology background helpful
· Software knowledge (preferable in program languages like C, C++, Fortran or assembler-like)
· ATE systems: Advantest e.g. 5581, 5592 / Agilent HP95000 / IMS Orion
· Team oriented, love to work in young, international and highly motivated teams
· Good communication skills
· High grade of flexibility
· Highly motivated and engaged


Position: Group Manager IC Development
Location: mainland

Responsibilities:
· Lead a team of 10 to 20 people in the field of IC Design and Verification, IC Implementation or IC Test Development Engineering
· Interface to Business groups
· Evaluate effort for IC Development projects
· Commit resources and delivery schedule for IC Development projects
· Ensure execution of IC Development tasks of team based on commitment
· Career and training planning of team members
· Ensure efficient and state-of-the-art IC Development process within the team


Requirements:
· Either Ph.D or Master Degree in Microelectronics, Electrical/Electronics Engineering or in related field
· Minimum 8 years of experience in IC development with at-least 3 years of experience as a Project Manager
· Should be very conversant with IC development methodology and relevant EDA tools used in the industry (Synthesis, Simulation, Formal Verification, Static Timing Analysis, DFT, FE/BE interface etc.) and should be hands-on to resolve issues/suggest actions/initiate alternate-plans.
· Ensure regular reporting, documentation and should have excellent communication and leadership skills.
· Tool skills:
–General tools (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Acrobat, etc)
