They are also looking for a senior coder and a business analyst who is
super bright and good with methodology (use cases, etc)."
The developer will start ASAP. The architect will start 2-3 weeks later.
To apply for architect position, you must be:
1. Extremely smart.
2. Extended experience on .NET architecture.
To apply for developer position, you must be:
1. Very smart.
2. Handy experience on .NET
3. Analysis skills.
Please send your resume along with your salary expectation, the top three skills, the

Processing for each position:
1. I will telephone interview some candidates whose resume sounds loudly.
2. I will pick 4-6 candidates and a .NET developer will telepone interview to give me their ranking score.
3. I will pick one or two candidates to the employer. I usually only recommended one.
4. Employer will review the resume and builds up a face-to-face interview.
With such process, it is very possible that a candidate got offenced because of no response after sending the resume. If it will freak you out, please do not send the resume.
Some has been offenced for I am an agency. If you will as well, please do not send the resume.
When you send the resume, you must understand that you have committed to a possibility of being offenced/cheated/abused/whatever and got freak out very possible. Please think it twice before sending your resume. Well ... hopefully you can promise you will send ONE resume and no 1000 more in the future :)
