 Manage cross functional teams of internal and external resources in the
planning and execution of infrastructure and Application projects in
China and Asian countries utilizing Nokia's project management
methodology.
 Identify and use of standard processes and procedures for work initiation, project definition, management reporting and project closure.
 Gather and report metrics, provide project assistance to other team members, manage client relations.
 Ensure project teams complete tasks within cost constraints, with deliverables that are completed on-time and that meet the associates's and user's requirements.
 Develop track and maintain project budgets. Conduct project reviews to track performance.
Other duties expected of the Project Manager are:
 preparing detailed project schedule and project work authorizations,
 leading brainstorming sessions; preparing and giving periodic presentations to small-to-medium sized groups; maintaining up to date list of projects; attending regular meetings and report on progress;
 interacting with other Nokia divisions.
Requirements:
 The Project Manager will be required to have a good awareness across all
major aspects of IT technology infrastructure, supplier directions and
future IT-technologies;
 have the ability to capture associate business requirements and translate them into technology requirements that are part of established BI solutions, interact with management and
stakeholders through project related steering groups on a regular basis;
 be responsible for the work activities throughout the specific project to ensure defined performance, schedule, and cost objectives are met, be or become familiar within shortest timeframe with Nokia BI IT infrastructure, solution and standards, Nokia BI Service Level Agreements and Nokia BI Global Support Concept.
Essential Knowledge:
 Possess good leadership, analytical, communication and organizational
skills.
 Must have the ability to motivate teams in a virtual and multicultural enviroment to achieve defined deliverables and be able to work effectively with clients. Prefer past experience with a formal methodology and experience with project management tools and deliverables.
 Must possess an adaptive management style which responds to a continously changing business environment and demands.
 Excellent oral and written communication skills along with team building
and problem solving skills are essential.
 A thorough understanding of Microsoft Office products including latest
version of Microsoft Project. Selected candidate must be a team player
who is self-motivated, enthusiastic, and customer service oriented.
Education:
 Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.
 Experience: min 5 years of experience at a project management level. Knowledge or experience as it relates to: IEEE cabling standards, and international WAN connection
standards, knowledge of a controlled production computer room, or IT
related building projects would be a requirement.
 Should be familiar with delivery of voice services and standards valid within the a.m.
geographical areas.

Project Management Competencies (PMC) is managing all IT related
deployments, implementations and support with regard to Mobility
applications , IT-Platforms, Nokia Office ramp up and ramp down
activities and external connections to Nokias 2.nd and 3.rd party
collaborators, in a gloal scale. Our Teams in China and APAC will cover
