Key Accountabilities / Activities:
Are you a person who will:
- Meet sales targets by recognizing opportunities and actively promoting and selling products and services that matter to our customers?
- Be motivated by providing customers with superior sales and service experience?
- Thrive in an environment of providing world class customer sales and service?
- Enjoy providing information to existing and potential customers via telephone regarding CIBC抯 full range of products and services?


Requirements:
- Minimum one year needs based sales experience, in a targeted sales environment
- Minimum two years customer service experience
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Computer literacy in a Windows environment
- Experience fulfilling customer expectations while complying with policies, practices and procedures
- Strong experience multi-tasking
- Developed problem solving and decision making ability
- Demonstrated adaptability and flexibility in an ever changing environment
- Call center experience is an asset

Special conditions:
The targeted start date for the position is NOVEMBER 21, 2005. The hours available are 5pm-1am including on the weekends (5 days per week).

Compensation for this full time position is:
Start: $33,200
* 8 mos: $34,600
* 12 mos: $36,000
* If performing at a satisfactory rating

      • I got confirmation of the offer today, thank you very much.
        Basically, I just send my resume online, and CIBC called later for phone screen. At the end of phone screen, the lady set up the time of second interview. I went through the interview and online simulator, then got the offer couple days later. After backgound check, I got phone of offer confirmation today.
