Requirements:
- Minimum one year needs based sales experience, in a targeted sales environment
- Minimum two years customer service experience
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Computer literacy in a Windows environment
- Experience fulfilling customer expectations while complying with policies, practices and procedures
- Strong experience multi-tasking
- Developed problem solving and decision making ability
- Demonstrated adaptability and flexibility in an ever changing environment
- Call center experience is an asset
Special conditions:
The targeted start date for the position is NOVEMBER 21, 2005. The hours available are 5pm-1am including on the weekends (5 days per week).
Compensation for this full time position is:
Start: $33,200
* 8 mos: $34,600
* 12 mos: $36,000
* If performing at a satisfactory rating
