If you have really loved someone and you have been loved by someone, then there is no foundation for hatred. to hate someone under the execuse of "extreme love" is just like to tell someone "I love you so much that I want you to die (or to be cursed, or to punished, etc)". if you hate someone when you are betrayed, or you have to split, then it just tells me you have never loved that person -- you have only loved yourself.
hatred has its origin in insecurity, shortage, and self-pity. all these are negative elements of loser mentality.
to really love someone you should know when to "let go" -- this means your attachment, your emotion, your feeling, and possibly what you have valued so far. but you need enough guts in order to have this attitude.
