So now these are two kinds of positions:
One from my company I am working, which is thinknet.com
Requirements: asp.net, ms-sql and share point plus some experience
Another from my old job agent, I can get 200 bucks if you are filled.

Function
To work with the business partners and IT Business Analysts to define, develop, test, analyze, and maintain existing and new software applications in support of the achievement of business requirements.
Responsibilities
?Maintain and program the Paradigm quoting/ordering configurator and back office business application using Visual Basic script language and .Net technology.
?Maintain and support other business applications, including the scheduling and sales reporting tools.
?Work with the IT Business Analysts to design, develop, test, and implement business solutions for various processes.
?Writing, coding, testing, and analyzing software programs and applications written to support the business product and processes
?Communicates with all functional areas and levels of personnel to analyze and recommend solutions to business requirements
?Analyzes, defines and documents requirements for data, workflow, logical processes, hardware and operating system environment, interfaces with other systems, internal and external checks and controls, and outputs.
?Writes and maintains documentation to describe program development, logic, coding, testing, changes, and corrections.
?Responsible for ensuring that all project guidelines and major milestones are delivered to customer satisfaction to continue to build business relationships within all functional areas
?Develops and formulates the required systems changes to perform the required delivery.
?Follows-up and verifies the implemented changes to determine if the changes have produced the desired results.
?Serves as a key member of the project team that will be responsible for the successful implementation of the new business system application
Qualifications:
?University or Community College graduate in computer programming or equivalent experience at a senior level.
?Minimum 5 years programming using VB script within the VB .Net environment
?Experience implementing ERP systems (front office and back office)
?Experience with relational databases - preferably SQL database
?Experience using Business Objects as a report writing tool
?Superior analytical and problem solving skills, as well as attention to detail
?Proven planning and organizational skills
?Working knowledge of project planning tools and methodology
?Demonstrated ability to complete projects from user request to implementation.
?Initiative with the ability to work independently or as a member of a team.
?Experience in a make-to-order manufacturing environment
?Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
?Awareness of IT industry trends
Communication:
?Listening skills
?Effective 1:1 and in groups
?Presentation skills
?Persuasiveness and ability to debate/sell ideas
Leadership:
?Able to motivate associates at all levels
?Bias for action
?Displays energy for the business
