Qualifications:
• WINDOWS XP configuration and deployment experience
• Experience imaging systems using Ghost or similar tool
• Level 2 support experience preferred
• Minimum of 1 year of MS OFFICE experience
Job Description:
• re-image desktops/laptops with WINDOWS XP and MS OFFICE 2003
• restore and regenerate custom software on the desktops/laptops
• deliver and re-install the desktop/laptop to the customer's desk
