JOB PURPOSE
Prepare Operations and Maintenance manuals for company products; prepare and present technical training courses to customers.
KEY JOB FUNCTIONS
· Prepare Operation manuals, Maintenance manuals and User guides for company products by researching technical documents, obtaining information from technical resources, and compiling data into clear, easy to follow manuals.
· Prepare various product training materials.
· Prepare presentations and delivers technical training courses to customers. This includes research, compilation of a data into training guides, training aids, and relevant audio/visual course material.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Ø Diploma or Degree in Electronics/Technology/Computer Science or equivalent plus three to five years experience.
Ø Ability to comprehend and document detailed technical issues.
Ø Excellent written and spoken English.
Ø Experience working in a safety-culture environment.
Ø Customer service experience, including presenting technical material to customers.
Ø Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office, drawing programs).
