传统的教育使我们表现出的谦卑多过骄傲,宽容没有错,但也看用在什么地方。没必要动不动就上升到整个民族受歧视,但应该被平等尊重的个体你自己不在乎还要谁来在乎?

1.“碰到一个亚裔的BA, 问我想买什么, 听我说想给朋友买一个粉饼, 很自负的说: 你必须知道你的朋友是否真的喜欢, 否则, 产品一旦开了合子, 我们不负责退货....”

我说:oh, thanks, I knEw that!

一开始提醒policy也算正常,不必多心, 但不必向BA保证自己不会退,因为这不是她提供服务的前提]

2. “她于是在给我介绍产品的时候, 自顾自的多次引用反面例子, 很多"Chinese ladies" 经常买了货, 取了GWP 之后, 再回来退货, "without returning the gift".,。。。 ”

我说:Really? Did it happen lot? But if the policy allows, you have to accept, if the policy says no, you can just say no to the customer, why bother? Oh I guess you are personally not happy with the policy, are you? Then why don’t you suggest your boss to change? I think you have nothing to do but follow as long as the policy is out there, right? 

即使这个BA千真万确前面遇到的所有Chinese Ladies都不怎么样,她也没有理由以这种方式服务下一个,因为很明显她在暗示‘我不喜欢什么,你不要这样’。她的职责只是提供服务帮助你花钱买你想买的,她不能对顾客shopping 方式提出任何限制,顾客只遵守公司的policy,不是她的好恶。

3. 关于Chinese ladies,

我说:Obviously you are not quite happy with Chinese ladies and what you are supposed to do as a BA. Well maybe I can help you, let your manager know this to see what he can do for you. What do you think?

然后让她写下名字,经理信息。

投诉:She shouldn’t serve me with her bias to Chinese Ladies. It is absolutely not necessary to mention her unhappy experience and specifically Chinese Ladies if she never t think I would be ‘bad’ customer. I don’t think she has the right to be so judgmental. I don’t think she has the right to send me such message: Don’t do that because I don’t like it and with my experience I know you probably would do that because you are Chinese too. Of course she can have her opinion about any people, including Chinese Ladies, but she can’t treat me differently while proving service just because I am Chinese Lady too. It’s not fair for me. I deserve better service. She should apologize for her rudeness and unprofessional behavior….

You are responsible to let them know the return policy of CD. But how can you tell they are Chinese? Do you know where I am from and where you are from?" She told me very "proudly" like showing off her intellegience: " I can tell". 于是我告诉她, 她的话让我感到很"offensive",我明白的告诉她, 这是"discrimination". 而且我也发现这是一个比较"楞" 且"蠢" 的BA, 因为她根本就拒绝道歉, 而且认为她这是在举例说明. 我于是对她的MANAGER 进行投诉, 我认为her job is to provide pleasant service to the customers with CD's products and culture, rather than judge the customers' race. 每一个公司在销售的时候都会预估其"return", "exchange" or "damage"比例, 顾客有权退掉或调换得到自己满意的产品的权利, 不能因为有部分顾客退货, 就把所有的人都当作是"potential" 的退货者, 最重要的是, 她对所有"Chinese ladies" 的贬斥心理深深伤了我的自尊. 我是SEARS, THE BAY 的各个化妆品柜台的常客, 从来没碰到这么缺少"professional training" 的BA, 我同时对那些可能造成别人对"Chinese" 不好的印象的做法也感到遗憾. 今天在这里发一个贴子, 是想问问大家, 这件事, 如果是你们遇到了, 你们会怎么处理, 应不应该认真? 谢谢了!更多精彩文章及讨论,请光临枫下论坛 rolia.net
    • I personaly haven't had this kind of bad experience yet, but you did and said what you thought right, so nothing wrong with that. :-)
    • Well...if I was there, I will find her manager right away....make it big and make some noise.....for sure you will win....you are the customer...right?

    • 是讨厌,有点敲山震虎的意思,估计是怕你买过之后再退吧,一直投诉她,直到她道歉为止.真不明白,一个卖货的哪儿来的那么大的优越感呢,她以为站在SEARS里就怎么样了,其实她就是那里的一个小蚂蚁.
    • CD的粉饼,外面是深蓝色丝绒套,里面的粉饼没有任何密封,可以打开确认,只要不触摸就可以,根本看不出来,况且打开看是理所当然的,我买化妆品,一定打开检查好后再付帐.
      • 就是触摸了也是理所当然可以退的。皮肤也是有过敏一说的么,什么鸟人,投诉她没商量。

    • 还是第一次听说化妆品也可以退换。要是让我碰到这样的人,我还就真的买了之后当时就故意找借口退了。他们是拿提成吧,就不给他拿。他不就是担心那点提成没了。那女人是够苯的哈。
    • 我是个吃软不吃硬的主儿,就喜欢投诉这种吃硬不吃软的主儿。当然要投诉! 想好怎么说,态度平静地、有理有节、不卑不亢地向他的manager投诉。
      1。叙述过程,只讲客观发生的,少说你的主观感受,别让人误会你很sensitive and emotional;
      2。然后说你的看法,你已经讲的很好了。
      3。提出你的要求,比如她道歉。

      你会赢得,别担心。我投诉还没有输过呢,而且令我惊讶的是但凡这种人变起脸来速度之快绝对让你掉下巴。这就更令我生气:原来不是他/她不会好好对你,是当初不愿意。你就更满意自己的认真了。
    • 应该,还要说得她的manager很不爽,然后她manager就找她出气,后果很严重。

      • The manager totally agreed with me, would have a conversation with her later on and will let me know the resolution of this issue upon my request. But I have got nothing from her yet
        and I went to SEARS by chance after that, found that BA was still working there, nothing changed.
    • 支持你~做的对!如果是我,也会这样做,这样没素质的人怎么做服务行业啊。目前还真的没遇到这样的事。
    • 你知道manager和BA的名字么?如果知道就好办了。直接给sears的总部打电话,会有一个customer service的项目,告他们discrimination,要求道歉。不知道名字就说店的位置,什么时候,什么样子的人,他们会查的。
      一般当天的manager会吃不了兜着走,总店会按照complain的次数给分店评比,那个ba就有点儿惨了。不过那种人只能说活该。

      如果态度不好,就写律师信给他们,没准能拿点儿赔偿什么的,不过那时后话,也不是咱们的目的。:))

      • 呵呵,不要太理想了.如果,前几天确实有Chinese ladies买了化妆品又后悔了,回去要求退货呢.如果本来就是上级的意思,不过是BA表达不恰当呢.好象楼主的意思是要把人家饭碗砸了才高兴. 真有点...
        • 任何事情都不应该是她这样做的理由.
          • 没什么,觉得你有点过了. 经理已经同意找她改进工作.她可能本意并不是什么discrimination.只不过傻得说的多了. 实话实说,我们确实有少数人做事情喜欢regret, 反悔不守信用. 早成别人的防范和怀疑.
            • 不止是CHINESE LADY去退货吧?BA只是针对性的说CHINESE,难道退货的政策是专门指定的?我就不信别的民族的女性拿去退换的化妆品一定都把赠送的礼物还回去的。
              BA她做的是服务行业,确不具备服务道德,她代表的不只是她自己,而是整个SEARS,我想这是上岗之前该做的培训吧。

                • 不是贴贴里的写的那个BA说的嘛,平时还真没遇到不把礼物拿去的,起码我退东西的时候都拿去了哦~~嘻嘻~
                • 呵呵~,是呀,为什么化妆品都退了,不退赠品呢?按道理应该退呀.
            • 我记得退货一定要退回礼物的。。。。不然不让退。。因为账单上写了GWP的字眼。。。所以不明白那个BA在complain什么。。。觉得她是故意贬低华人。。。
              • 还是要看退货原因的. 有次在THE BAY买的化妆品过敏,退的时候BA说我可以KEEP GIFT. 但因为过敏, 还是一起退了.
              • 我也是觉得如果policy不允许,干嘛给客人退?如果给退了,就是可以的。那还罗嗦什么?还不是她自己嫌烦,烦就要么找LD改policy要么换工作,在这儿找顾客的不自在,你说这种人该不该投诉?

    • 大家该给你捐点钱, 你保卫了中国人的多大的面子啊。 看来中国人的面子是要靠不停地奋斗才能拿得到啊。
      如果我是经理, 我就会对职员说:那个婆娘每天都一根筋蹦的紧, 自虐文化出来的典型。 你干的不错, 下次不要说出来就行了。

    • 你做得对。而且她公司的政策的确那样吗?我很怀疑。shoppers drug mart 买东西开了封用了不好都可以退的。除了皮肤过敏,如果用了觉得太干,或者干脆就是不喜欢,都可以退。根本就是消费者的正当权益。
