· . Key Accountabilities / Activities: This person will work closely with software developers, project managers and our vendors. The ideal candidate is someone who has 5+ years of hands-on technical experience coupled with 1+ years of team lead responsibilities. You like to interact with people, have strong technical skills in Java, J2EE, as well as XML and Web services technology. The major responsibilities of this position include: 1. Working on projects with ISD team as a technical Lead. 2. Further enhance the our development process and methodologies 3. Document the all our design and coding 4. Software code development and deployment in both Windows and UNIX Platform. 5. Configurations management 6. Mentoring junior and intermediate developers. 7. Working with junior developer in the lead position. 8. Detail design oriented with strong analytical background 9. Responsible for all Detail design for assigned project 10. Responsible for quality code development. Requirements: · 5+ years in Java development and Deployment including J2EE, JSP, EJB · 1+ years of Technical Lead and Large Scale Deployment. · Project Management experiences with large scale development shop. · 3+ years of working experience with XML Technology · 2+ years experience in Build tools such as Ant, make and etc. · 3+ years of Internet Solutions Experience · Unix (SUN Solaris) and TCP/IP skills nice to have · Working experience with Oracle Database. ITIL experience an asset. · Familiar with BroadVision Content Management · Expert knowledge of Element of software design Attributes: 1.Strong analytical and problem solving skills with the ability to quickly acquire new skill. 2.Good written and verbal communication skills. 3.Ability to operate in a fast moving, dynamic environment. 4.Team oriented, able to effectively operate and communicate with extended development team. 5.Self-initiative, get the job done attitude with track record of delivering results.
