Hire again end of July!!! Call centre in Oshawa, they hire IT Technical support agent to provide technical support for one of ISP via telephone, see detail!

The rate is $9.5/hour during training and probation, after that is $11/hour, later on will be $12/hour, permanent position with benefit.

It's better have experience of IT technical support and customer service, If you don't have, just try anyway. Good for to improve English and have a professional technical support experience.

        This is TECHNICAL SUPPORT position, 95% is troubleshooting with customer's PC, after that, you will promote to sell that people are satisfied, but it's not mandatory. Sell is part of your job. It's very easy to sell if the customer is satisfied with your service, it's not like professional sales. For my friend, she is very easy to reach her sell target every month, most of product have discount, that's no problem. But that's all depend on your communication and the way how to sell, you will get tranining for that as well. The rate is low, I agree with that, but that's market, nobody force you to do so, if you can find better or higher rate job. Most of her colleagues are from local. I am not boss, manager or leader, I DO NOT have any commision.

        I got many PM, they are all very great. I left all contact info including Telepone No., they can call them to ask more detail relative job description.
