Looking for a Sr. Java Developer ASAP. The salary can be top to $95K or
$50/hr. Term is flexible; you can choose to be perm or 1yr contract.

Sr. Java Developer means:
1. You are extremely smart.
2. You are very good on design and analysis.
3. Oracle, Java and web application
4. Performance tuning.


We do not care:
1. Your communication skill
2. Your Canadian experience

Nice asset:
1. The university you graduated from and the major you took (Once
interviewed, please bring the original document.)
2. Certificates

Please send your Resume by Wednesday to JamesyaoL@gmail.com
Title: Sr. Java Developer for GAM
In your cover letter, you MUST provide:
1. The salary expectation (you can select perm or contract or both)
2. The top three skills

If you did not provide the above information, your resume will not be
reviewed.
I will send two or three resumes with sequence by Friday. But I may not
submit any if I do not think anyone is good enough.

Background:
Company: A big famous company located at downtown close to subway
station. Free parking provided. A nice director (She is a Chinese.) is
leading 10 or a dozen projects. The working environment is very nice with
flexible working hours.

Me: I worked for them for one and a half year. I usually waked up at
9:30 and showed up at 10:30am ... I never feel traffic is a problem to me
while working on this downtown company. I was interviewing resource for
them. With my recommendation, an interview is guaranteed. I have sent
resumes for nine positions; seven of which are filled by my
