Product Support - Software Company in Markham
A Markham based software company is looking for Full-time/Part-time first level
Technical/Product Support (Help Desk). Duties include:
Phone, email and in-person customer support for our software
Troubleshooting problems/issues customers are having
Technical support of in-house staff
Perform installation, configuration and training of our products to end users


Requirements:
Must be fluent in English with excellent communication and organizational skills
Must be self-motivated
Must have technical support/help desk experience
Thorough understanding and working knowledge of client-server/LAN/Windows/MS SQL
2000/Access 2000/Internet environments
Must be customer-oriented and possess a high level of professionalism
Knowledge of dental practice management or its business rules and/or dental
products is definitely an asset
Must have a valid driver's license and your own vehicle
Salary is dependent upon experience.
