Microcomputer Science Centre, Inc. (MSC) is a computer company servicing the
Special Needs community in Canada. Since 1980, MSC has been serving the Blind
and Low Vision, Mobility and Hearing Impaired, Special Education and
Rehabilitation Clients. We do computer customization, training, installation and
servicing.
MSC has an immediate opening for: Inside Sales Representative – JOB #: CSR011
The successful candidate will be responsible for consultation and identifying
client’s needs, as well as demonstrating the products, preparing quotations and
processing the orders.
The successful candidate must possess excellent written & verbal communication
and time management skills in addition to the following Requirements:
Proficiency with general computer software (ex. Excel, Word, Outlook) and
hardware
1-2 years experience in the Sales & Customer Service field
Must have excellent telephone manner
Must be a self-starter and be able to work independently
Must also be able to work effectively in a team environment
Experience in computer sales and Knowledge of Adaptive Technology is an asset.
Training will be provided to the right candidate.
