Full-time Systems Support Specialist Position

clients in the automotive, financial services, telecom and technology, public
sector, and consumer products verticals.


The following provides information on our Full-time Systems Support Specialist Position


Be part of the front-line action in one of our state-of-the-art, customer
service Centres.?As an inbound Systems Support Specialist, you will receive
extensive training, preparing you to respond effectively and thoroughly to a
wide variety of customer issues, using a computerized information system.



Location:
1189 Colonel Sam Dr, Oshawa

Job duties:
Provide first level technical support to automotive dealerships within the
network infrastructure.
Respond to dealer calls and assist regarding applications/software/hardware and
communication network problems.
Involvement in special projects and focus groups.
Develop and maintain accurate files.
Ensure customer requests are handled in an appropriate and timely manner.

Environment:
Open concept call centre
Individual workstations.
Personal head sets
Call monitoring to ensure quality and policies and procedures are being applied.

Training:
2-4 weeks of Paid, Full-time training


Hours of Operation:
Monday to Friday, 7am-8pm
Must be flexible to work all shifts; 3 month shift rotation

Requirement:
Proof of education (Minimum High School Graduate) Copy of Diploma or Degree
Computer Support Specialist accreditation or other related IT credentials
Excellent Customer Service and Communication Skills.?Previous helpdesk
experience an asset.
Intermediate skills on MS Word, Excel & PowerPoint and minimum typing speed of
25 wpm.
Fluent in English & French
