Job Description:
These aren't Java development positions, these Project Co-ordinator
positions, Consultants who are interested to go to the next level as a
project coordinator shouuld only apply. Youl would also have to go to
India on a 2 weeks training all paid by us.these candidates will be
required to work 24/7, co-ordinating development activity with the India
office, they should be available to support the application, make changes
to the code and reload etc.,
4-6 Senior Java/J2EE developers, with experience in Project Lead,
Technical Lead or Project Coordination, and also excellent communication
skills(ie a scale of atleast 9/10).
Job Description :-
Essential Functions:
Serves as the liaison between USSUN and Indian employees and the
offshore team.
Understands the India culture and language with the ability to
confidently deal with the US and India counterparts.
Buys into critical success factors and serves in a
seamless manner to assist both to achieve targeted SLA's and success
factors.
Has the ability to independently provide the required levels of
support onshore when offshore resources are not available.
Codes, tests, debugs, implements, and documents fairly complex
programs.
Designs systems and programs to meet fairly complex business
needs. Prepares detailed specifications from which programs are
developed and coded.
Gathers information from existing systems, analyzes program and
time requirements. Assists project manager in preparing time estimates
and justification for assigned tasks.
Conducts quality assurance activities such as peer reviews.
Assists support and/or project personnel in resolving fairly
complex program problems. Works with client and management to resolve
issues and validate programming requirements within their areas of
responsibility. Provides technical advice on highly complex
Develops test plans to verify logic of new or modified
programs.
Creates appropriate documentation in work assignments (e.g., in
program code, technical documentation).

Strong knowledge of several programming languages, operating
systems and software.
Good knowledge of relational databases to facilitate
programming software.
Excellent communication skills as you would be the point of contact for
the teams in india and the US.
