Experience with n-tier application development (J2EE or .Net)
6+ years Java or C++ programming experience required
Relational database design/development skills
Excellent knowledge of Object-Oriented Design, Analysis, and Programming.
Excellent Knowledge of application Design Patterns and Frameworks
Solid web development skills (HTML, _JavaScript, DHTML, XML, and XSLT)
Understanding of Microsoft .NET development technologies (C# , ASP.NET, and the .NET framework)
Good teamwork and communication skills
Ability to work independently, lead a team, or work within a team
Comfortable following a product release process
