-Accountable for the analysis, maintenance and support of applications in support of the Business Banking LOB.
-Provide application, development and adhoc maintenance support.
-Enhance system features and resolve application production problems using a variety of tools (primarily client-server VBA, Notes, VB, C#, C++, but may include Mainframe tools).
-Write quality and well-documented code and documentation according to BMO standards.
-Write and execute test cases, assist with integration and user acceptance testing.
-Interact and collaborate with team members and other departments as appropriate.
-Work effectively in a small team environment.
-Participate in project and team meetings.
-Provide on-call support as required.
Qualifications
-Solid knowledge of design & analysis methodology and application development processes within industry.
-Understand DB model, comfortable with various RDBMS (Access, UDB, SQL Serves).
-A strong analytical ability and good problem solving skills.
-Practical experience in client/server technology including software images.
-Comfortable with technology (Hardware, Software, Active Directory, File organization).
-Familiarity with problem and change management and implementation process an asset.
