Title: Technical Support Analyst

Position: Permanent

Job Description:
Selected candidate will be responsible for installing, configuring, upgrading and providing support in any areas related to our applications, as well as documenting, troubleshooting, problem-solving of reported issues, will be working closely with R&D and QA.
Position qualifications:
- Strong communication and written skills;
- Strong troubleshooting skills;
- Strong analytical, organizational and decision making skills;
- Ability to work efficiently and independently in high stress situations;
- Self-educational skills;
- Knowledge of following is required;
o Deep knowledge of relational databases (MS SQL 7/2000, Interbase/Firebird) and ability to work easily with the database weather it is running queries or creating a back-up job;
o IIS and ISAPI knowledge;
o Different aspects of Network OS knowledge (98/WinXP/NT/2000/2003);
o Understanding of Networking fundamentals, standards and protocols;
o Email clients knowledge (MS Outlook, GroupWise).
- Knowledge of programming language or experience in programming, specifically Delphi 5+ is a BIG plus;
- Great work ethic and commitment to company.
Education:
