Fluent english
Able to provide phone support
: candidate will become first line support for our technology/implementation
team
Must be willing to travel and perform needs analysis with customers
: Install software
: Setup basic networks
: Configure and integrate the various software/hardware components for our
software
Manage our internal network to ensure all personnel are operating efficiently
: Install software
: Configure PC's/servers
Must have a can-do attitude, willing to take on multiple tasks and see them
through to completion
Must be willing to put in long hours and work weekends as needed
Must have no restrictions traveling to US
: Passport is your responsibility
Must pass a Microsoft certification exam within 4 months of scheduled start date
: Your plan should be to be a certified MCSE within 1.5 years
