In this time and materials engagement our client will
provide their end client with four (4)Solaris Development Specialist with a
Minimum Technical requirements of 5-10+ years of C/C++ design and coding
experience. 燛xperienced with: Network programming using TCP and UDP.
Multi-threaded programming experience, Programming for high reliability
DCE/RPC to work under the direction of the end clients Project Management for a
estimated period of two (2) months.
Notes/Assumptions:
1.Work will be performed under the direction and supervision of the end client
personnel.
2.Weekly status reviews will be held to review progress and to mutually
agree as to the technical progress of the engagement.
3.The end client will supply all hardware, software, valid licenses necessary
and workspaces for the engagement.
4.All Client Solutions Development staff work is based on a 40 hours
per week work schedule. Work will be performed during standard business
hours, Monday through Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm.
5.This SOW covers the services of Solaris Developer specialist only.
6.All Client Solution resources required for this engagement will be
pre-approved by the end client
7.All travel will be pre-approved by the end client
8.This SOW will be in effect upon receipt of a valid Purchase Order.
Work will begin upon receipt of a valid Change Order and this SOW

Skills requirements & Client requirements:

Individuals will need to pass the Client screening process.
Minimum Technical requirements:
5-10+ years of C/C++ design and coding experience.
You must be a top performer, committed to excellent, and must do it right!
Must be an expert in:
C++/C programming on one of the following: Windows 2000 Server, Windows,
Linux or Solaris.
Experienced with:
Network programming using TCP and UDP.
Multi-threaded programming experience.
Programming for high reliability
DCE/RPC
Knowledge in any of the following is extremely beneficial:
MPEG2, MPEG4, H.264, ISMA, Windows Media 9
Linux/Unix application development and internals DCE/RPC
Experience with Cryptography, encryption, decryption, digital
certificates, security architectures
Video Conditional Access Systems, Video watermarking
ODBC SQL Database calls SNMP Digital Rights Management
HDTV, ATSC, DVB, DVD, DV
