        老牛曾经没事跟踪过MISSISSAUGA前几年的小学排名,THORNWOOD的的确确是后十名之内.并且你只要看看它周围那么多公寓,流动人口极其频繁,怎么可能是好学校呢?

        其实,老牛认为安省前20%的小学应该不错,后20%的小学尽量避免.另外,即使是好小学,遇上一个水平不高的老师也是白搭.

      For the rent, 2 BR is $1225 with one month rent free. As to the discount, the original rent is $13xx (can't remember the right number), so $1225 is very cheaper than that.( the rent office has the right to increase it at any time, so hurry up!) :) Now I heard that 1477 has a moving in dsicount (if your friend introduce you, both side get money refund...) In a word, all Morguards's properties are good, clean, spacious, and nice. I am looking forward to enjoying the summer in Miss. Vly park.           They definitely have one bedroom Apts. in both 1423 and 1477 ( not sure available or not now), since we checked both buildings when finding our present Apt.

          The rent includes one underground parking, and utility. In the first floor there are gym, game room, public laundry room and SPA room (1477 doesn't have SPA room). All of these will be showed to you by the rental office.

          The only reason we chose 1423 is because at that time it has the 2 bedroom Apt facing to South ( more sunshine.) We asked the rental office to hold the Apt for us, for it is gone very quickly.

            今天下午去管理处看了下， 1房的1095， 2房1195， 6月前搬进来可以有免一个月房租的优惠，其他的好像没有了。空房好像不多。
